To be able to login and file a complaint, please select the account type you are facing trouble with- Trading or DP. Further, please provide your PAN (Permanent Account Number) details and proceed.

You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email. Please enter the same in the box provided to proceed further with the process.

Step 3: Filing Your Complaint

The page will further direct to a form where you can file your complaint in detail. The form may contain sections such as complaint against, segment type- the service type you are facing issues with, along with a brief description of the same.

Please note, it is mandatory to fill the important areas marked with red asterisk sign (*).

Please provide concise and accurate information, including account numbers, dates, and other essential details in the complaint form for better resolution by the Alankit Support Team.
